At TNeCOA Matrimony, we prioritize fairness, clarity, and accountability in all financial dealings. Please review this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before proceeding with any payment or service registration.

1. General Overview

TNeCOA Matrimony operates as a verified member-based matrimonial service under the Tamil Nadu e-Service Center Owners Association (TNeCOA). All payments made towards profile registration, membership renewal, or any associated services are final and non-refundable once successfully processed and the profile has been activated.

By completing a payment, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined herein.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

Successful profile registrations processed through authorized TNeCOA Members.
Membership renewals, upgrades, or subscription plans.
Optional add-on services (such as featured listings or assisted matchmaking).
Profiles that have been verified and activated in the TNeCOA Matrimony system.

Refund requests made after completion of any of the above services will not be entertained.

3. Refund Exceptions (Technical or Transactional Errors)

Refunds are permitted only in the following limited scenarios:

Duplicate payment caused by a technical error.
Failed or incomplete transaction where the amount was debited but the service was not activated.
Payment made in error and reported in writing within 7 working days from the transaction date.

Such cases will be verified by the TNeCOA Billing Team before approval.

4. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request (only applicable in eligible cases), please send an email to billing@tnecoamatrimony.com with the following information:

Full Name and Registered Mobile Number
Transaction ID or Payment Reference Number
Payment Amount and Date
Reason for Refund Request

After verification, the approved refund amount (if any) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. Delays caused by banking institutions are beyond TNeCOA’s control.

5. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their profile or deactivate their account at any time by contacting their respective TNeCOA Member Center. However, no refund or partial adjustment will be provided for any unutilized duration or services already rendered.

Profile cancellation before activation may be considered only if the payment has not been processed.
Once a profile is live or activated, the service is considered fully delivered.
Voluntary account closure by the user does not qualify for any refund or transfer of services.

6. Transaction Verification

All payment transactions are securely processed through authorized, PCI-DSS-compliant gateways. TNeCOA Matrimony does not store or handle your card or banking information directly. In case of any dispute regarding payment status, our billing team will coordinate with the payment gateway to confirm the transaction record.

7. Disputes & Final Decision

Any disputes related to payment, refund, or service cancellation shall be reviewed by the TNeCOA Administrative Committee. All committee decisions are final and binding. Legal jurisdiction shall lie exclusively in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

8. Policy Updates

This Refund and Cancellation Policy may be updated periodically without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on tnecoamatrimony.com. Users are encouraged to review this policy regularly to stay informed about changes.
