TNeCOA Matrimony operates as a verified member-based matrimonial service under the Tamil Nadu e-Service Center Owners Association (TNeCOA). All payments made towards profile registration, membership renewal, or any associated services are final and non-refundable once successfully processed and the profile has been activated.
By completing a payment, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined herein.

After verification, the approved refund amount (if any) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7β10 business days. Delays caused by banking institutions are beyond TNeCOAβs control.
Users may cancel their profile or deactivate their account at any time by contacting their respective TNeCOA Member Center. However, no refund or partial adjustment will be provided for any unutilized duration or services already rendered.
All payment transactions are securely processed through authorized, PCI-DSS-compliant gateways. TNeCOA Matrimony does not store or handle your card or banking information directly. In case of any dispute regarding payment status, our billing team will coordinate with the payment gateway to confirm the transaction record.
Any disputes related to payment, refund, or service cancellation shall be reviewed by the TNeCOA Administrative Committee. All committee decisions are final and binding. Legal jurisdiction shall lie exclusively in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
